OMAHA -- A lousy belt made Christopher Willever's drunken theft of a Tobacco Hut, a unique theft & gave this man an apt fitting distinction, 'Omaha's bare-bottom bandit'.
Poor, Willever got drunk and robed the store, said his public defender, Kelly Steenbock.
